Watering
- Lawn — early morning or early evening not more than once a day unless it is new sod.
- Trees & Shrubs — Water three times a week at most
Cutting
- Lawn — Cut lawns at 3". In hot weather or dry conditions lawns should be cut at 3 1/2"
Fertilization
- Lawns — Lawns should be fertilized at least 4 times per season with 2 applications of weed control throughout the summer and 1 application of pre-emergent weed control in the spring.
- Trees & Shrubs — Fertilize at least once per season unless special care is necessary.
Sod, Hydroseed & Grass Seed
- Sod — Sod gives the owner a complete new lawn look the day the job is complete.
- Hydroseed — Takes seed 14-21 days to germinate and could take an entire season for a complete full lawn.
- Grass Seed — Should be applied between April 15th and November 15th to get proper germination. Fertilizer can be applied after seed is down but no weed control.
